The wait, is it worth it?
Absolutely. Inventory is at an all-time low, so who knows when a stock model will show up on the lot that fully provides what you are looking for. Pre-ordering puts the customer in the driver's seat.
Do the customers need to make a deposit?
As per Hyundai's requirements; a minimum of $500 partial payment is required to place and validate all orders.
Do you have to bring any specific documents?
We're keeping it simple. To get yourself one step closer to owning your custom-ordered Hyundai, all you need is your driver's license and a form of payment for the deposit.
Can you pre-order by phone, online, and at the store?
Of course! We want ordering your vehicle to be as convenient as possible.
Can you Trade-in and then pre-order?
If a trade is applicable, we appraise the trade when the order is taken and guarantee a forecasted trade value for the customers. This is a HUGE plus for the customers, and we are getting great feedback! Customers can keep their current trade vehicle until the new product lands.
What is the average arriving time?
On average, build times are currently about three to four months, but some models take a little longer.
